How long will my order take to arrive?

The most common problem is the wrong version of Acrobat reader. You need to use version 5 or higher. Check the version you are using, if it is lower than 5 visit the Adobe Website to download the latest version of the free Acrobat reader. If you still have problems, contact us here.
